Why places in Port of Spain is expensive so much? The places I see is not good but the owner ask for much dollars?

No matter where you go, rent is very expensive in Trinidad. They want you to pay through your ears but what they have to offer is so little!

Most people want to be in POS because all the big business is going to be there now. Can't say I blame them either with the mad traffic on the roads.
