The Man from Earth

The film, "The Man from Earth" gives what can be considered as a scientific approach to how religion, myth and politics have been formulated by man. The ironic thing about the movie is it hangs on a BIG "IF", which in itself is a turnoff really. It does leave a lot of Discussion open for those willing to intellectualize religion.
