It started at the MTC as a trail and now with a recent announcement it is spreading to other social networks. The Church is rapidly changing her tune about the internet from fired up speeches talking about how bad the internet is to now seeking converts from the internet. What are your thoughts?

I find your comment distasteful and you should apologize but of course, you are just here to attack the Church and not to participate in any meaningful discussion. This move from the Church proves that we move on with the times and technology is an extremely important tool that can help us bring souls to Christ.

Church Expands Use Of Digital Devices For Missionary Work
Salt Lake City | Wednesday, 2 July 2014 00:00:00 -0700 | More missionaries of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be using digital devices as they preach the gospel in the United States, Canada, Japan and western Europe. The First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles are expanding the use of mobile devices following a successful pilot program.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced plans Friday to trim its number of missions “to better fit the needs of each region of the world,” to replace the use of tablets in missions with smartphones and to increase the use of technology to help find people interested in religion.
