Lady of the Plains says...Arilynia being half elf can take any watch shift, she only needs 4 hrs rest/mediation. So whichever is the best time for the group as whole she will do.

Lady of the Plains says...We shall find out in time, I am sure. I am agreeable to the watch order. I hope that the night passes quietly, but knowing our Dungeon Master, he will have something happen to keep us on our toes, so we need to watchful.

Pretty sure we've gone over this before.
When you don't have anything to help it along, you regain 1 health point per hit die you have upon completing a night's rest. This amount is doubled if you are resting in a comfortable space.
At the moment, your character only has 1 hit die. So while resting out in the wilderness, Sky will regain 1 health point each night.
Kntoran is most likely waiting on an actual action from you. Try a survival check (Roll a d20 and add your Wisdom modifier) to get your bearings and start moving.
And yes you do need to eat, but that won't help your health, just keep you from starving. Fortunately, you should have plenty of rations left over. You can also try survival checks to look for food, but you aren't good at those, so the chances of success are not great. Honestly, this is a pretty bad situation.
