Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 Play By Post Questions - Page 5

Yes, but (and maybe you can help steer me to the right forum) I would like to make a class first, and then try it out on a game session.

The Dice Master says...

Oh, well you can attempt that, but I do not know if KNtoran will approve it, I think he wants to work with the standard 3.5 rule set / manuals. He can better tell you when he Replies here (tomorrow).

With that said, you are on the right Board. The Member Wars Board allows you to start anything you want. I recommend starting a new Thread within this Board and detail the new Class. You can label the Thread "AD&D [your class name] Class" and then ask KNtoran to look at it and see if he approves it for his AD&D scenario here.

Some sort of Bard seems like the closest fit to this custom Class.

Thomaslee. I have looked at what your are proposing and If you want to play a bard I will accept that. I am not wanting to create a new class right now. I will look more at the inkheart character to see if that is something I would eventually allow in the play by post area.

I created a sorcerer but one thing I wanted to know is where do I see the party stats like in World of Medieval?

You will have to keep track of your stats like I will be doing. I will inform you of your experience gained after the party returns to the village. If you go up in a level you will be instructed on what to do then.

If you save your character in a word Doc you should be able to modify it as time goes on. I have all characters saved in a word doc at this time.
