The new look looks great Jb. I think this will help everyone as they learn to use it. Thanks for doing this.

This seems to be a question better suited for your Introduction since that really has nothing to do with AD&D. However to answer, the two are not related. What you upload in the Forum Gallery is for there only. If you are talking about your personal Avatar then you do that via the Forum Shop - there is an option there to upload an Image as your personal avatar (hopefully a real photo).

Finally put in the stats for my character. I was just wondering some of the info shows where I made a break and some space and some don't is there like a special reason for that?

Maybe it just breaks it down that way. As long as the info is there and readable I think it is fine.

It looks okay from my browser, I'm not sure where you had any other breaks besides in between the attributes and the Saves. Most forums and sites cut multiple spaces - they allow one, but they delete multiples like if you're trying to use spacing to even something out, etc. I'm not sure what exactly is it that is wrong with your stats, but I'm sure we can figure it out.

Some fields that you fill in allow you to make line breaks / spaces in order to format the information better. For instance, "Ability Scores" allows you to press the [Enter] key on your keyboard to go to next line and create a separate row of stats. This will show under your avatar with the break shown. Other fields like "Equipment" do not allow line breaks because it is not needed and would cause cosmetic disruption to Posts if people saw one piece of equipment per line therefore no matter how many spaces / breaks you make it will format it to one line. As a general rule only info related to actual characteristics of the character are given spaces / breaks while general info is not.

That makes a lot of sense. That way a persons post of equipment does not cause their post block to take over half a page.
