I must look up a special I watched on the moon, it showed similar footage to these as well as many snap shots posted by NASA on their web site. The snap shots had been doctored by nasa to block out objects and this had been confirmed by computer techs who analyzed the photo files. The were able to back trace some of the editing and what appeared to be buildings and very large being appeared.

Realistically, we will never reach the stage of meeting aliens anytime soon because the kind of technology that will be needed for intergalactic travel is beyond our extremely limited scope. Even with the release of Project Blue Book we have a lot of information about 'aliens' and yet nothing hard that says this was only human inventions and imaginations.

You are most likely correct Txtrpg, historically speaking this has occurred before. Also we have many private companies along with government agencies currently trying to achieve true space flight. Take off and land in a normal airport with the moon as a destination.
