Mojave symbol should stay, high court rules
A fractured you.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday reversed previous rulings by lower courts that said a Latin cross atop a small hill in the Mojave National Preserve should be removed, but the narrow decision may not have added much clarity to the battle over a similar cross atop Mount Soledad in La Jolla.
