I believe that would depend on a lot of things. I am no expert but here are some things that come to mind...
1. Round the clock power supply for your hardware
2. Cool environment with another computer acting as backup
3. A good operating system - I would recommend UNIX over NT anyday.
4. Apache updates and staying in tune with hacker attacks, viruses, etc.
5. Constant connection to the net (most important)
6. A place where you can do all this from without moving up and down
Like I said before... you would probably have to be rich.
