Isaias Naranjo, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, was driving at 60 miles per hour drunk and slammed into a Senate Representative's car. This caused an uproar into Massachusetts Immigration Law and they are looking at getting tough. What made people more angry is that this illegal immigrant laughed at police when he was arrested.
