License to practice journalism?

In America's latest tip of the cap to Venezuelan Hugo Chavez style government, there's actually a push to license journalists. Clearly nothing bad could come of this - as we can clearly see in the land of milk and honey, otherwise known as Venezuela. Our Venezuela - Michigan - is currently noodling a bill that would 'regulate' reporters. Glenn has the latest on radio today. Ref. Source 4
