Things are getting more complicated. Not only the husband filed for divorce but also has now a restraining order against her, barring her from having any contact with their 19 months old baby and a teenage daughter from a previous relationship.

Also, the statements the family are giving to the media with regards to Kyron's disappearance do not carry her signature.

Bingo! I said it was the stepmother and even though the police haven't been able to arrest her YET, I believe an arrest is imminent. Her story never added up.

Many things happening. Not only the husband filed for divorced, got granted FULL custody of their baby AND expects child support, there is a restraining order against her but now without her being a suspect or person of interest in the case, the family of Kyron Horman is pleading with her to cooperate with the police so they can bring Kyron home.

I want to believe the husband has proof than what we are given to make all these decisions. I just find it hard to believe he will do all these things just based on suspicion?

I think it's crazy that the husband divorced her now don't take me wrong I think she is involved but from there to say its a fact is a completely different thing.

I am not sure what to believe. SHe has taken two polygraphs and yet there is no arrest made. Either she is very good at passing these tests or she really does not know what happened to the child. Either way a boy is missing and people should be more focused on finding what happened to him. If something bad happened to him then we can focus more on who did what.

Kntoran, the thing is the police did not reveal the results of the polygraph tests so we do not know. Also, the reason she is under suspicion is because her story does not match her phone records.

More I find about this story, the creepier it gets! A landscaper is saying that the stepmother of Kyron has offered him money for killing her husband six months before Kyron dissapeared. Apparently, the police has recorded conversations between her and the landscaper, they informed the husband about it and that's why he was able to get a restraining order against her and file for divorce.

But...this is NOT the first encounter Mrs. Horman has with the law. The Oregon Department of Human Services opened a case on Terri Horman following a 2005 arrest and charge of driving under the influence.

Her biological son, who was 11 at the time, was in the car when she was arrested. She was convicted of reckless endangerment of that son.

She pleaded guilty in the incident. Her license was suspended for roughly six weeks, and she was placed on probation for 12 months.
