Carradine David Fu Kung

In a documentary of Bruce Lee's film life Discussed here: Source 9 I believe Bruce created the idea of Kwai Chang Caine played by David Carradine. Bruce Lee wanted to have a TV series on Kung Fu teaching the inner peace and alternative martial arts portrayed in this television series but he was denied it because Hollywood was not ready for a front man from Hong Kong so David Carradine got that job. As for the TV series itself I saw some of the episodes and they had some nice teaching moments. The martial arts shown was for show of course but that was just the surface for a deeper message.

I love this show and I think David Carradine plays an excellent character on these series. It was intended as a movie at first but plans changed.

What I like the most about the movie is the teaching moments between Caine and his Masters.

Felipe and I finished seasons 1 and 3 so we have season 2 left. What a great show! I enjoyed each one of the episodes and I cannot think of any of them as boring or fillers.
