I watch more prior the 90's. I find now it is even worse for the big hubla but doing nothing really. I still watch once every couple months as that all it take to keep up on the changes.
I enjoyed the rockers Shawn Micheals with Marty Jannetty, Shawn was to much of a boot kisser once he left them though. All credit to him though for cleaning up his act and encouraging other to as well.
Enjoyed the Heart Foundation (loved anvil). I have met Bret Heart he really is a great guy and took time to talk to the boys. It was back a coupe years now we seen that Broadway he did. Aladdin a truly hilarious show no bad pun unturned but you had to know Canadian culture to get them all.
His hard life shows on him outside but inside he is still vibrant. Still training wrestlers also. *shudders at the thought of the torture room in his dads basement.*
My boys root hard for the underdogs and still get revved when the undertaker takes the stag. I miss the no jumping of the top rope and the true painful experience of the older wrestling with the bases on grappling and pressure points. Heck they do not even try to properly pin a guy down now.
But hats off to them all and their dedication to the sport.
I've watched wrestling a couple of times but find it hardly as entertaining as UFC. I do like it once in a while for something new. My favorite wrestler would have to be Andre the Giant just because he's was so unusual. He was good and fun to watch because he was just massive, not just in height but in muscle also. He was easily 5 times the size of myself.
And I'm on the opposite side of Danieltos. MMA is, like...it's kinda fun, sometimes, but usually it's just a teabag contest for 3 rounds, and that's never fun. I would talk more about MMA, but, this isn't an MMA topic, so! On to why I responded!
For a long time, my favorite wrestlers were Kane, and Undertaker. I freaking WORSHIPED the Big Red Machine, homey, and that I will defend 'till my dying day.
However, as I've grown older, I've discovered a whole world past the WWF (now named the WWE, insert my rolling eyes here.), and I'm here to tell you, that world used to be glorious. So, let me name, a big list of my faves, hither:
1.a) The Great Muta
1.b) La Parka
2. Jushin Lyger
3. Antonio Inoki
4. Ultimo Dragon
5. The Sandman(gotta love weapons!)
6. Mick Foley
7. Hayabusa
9. Awesome Kong, a.k.a Amazing Kong when not in TNA.

Comments: Hulk Hogan is a legend and my all time favorite. I like the Rock too but not as much as Hogan.
