Violence Is Normal Around Carnival Time?

Violence is Normal Around Carnival Time?

Violence in schools is normal around Carnival time according to Mrs. Manning, Minister of Education. When I first heard that I could not believe it. Violence is schools is directly associated to a break down in the home, society and standards (with one of them being Carnival), but it is not the root of the problem. What do you think about Minister manning's statement? What is the cure for violence in schools?

Time Carnival Normal Violence

I'm not surprised at all, again somebody living in the Twilight Zone smile.gif-->rolleyes.gif I see school kids getting in fights every single day (specially girls!) so whether is Carnival, New Years Day or Halloween doesn't make a difference!. I think is stupid to say something like that, and it bothers me because when a person who is in charge cannot relate or accept a problem, how in the world she expects to solve it? smile.gif-->rolleyes.gif
