Some lenders and mortgage insurance companies do.
Federal law prohibits housing discrimination in sales, rental, and lending based on a person's sex or familial status. According to HUD, that includes pregnancy. But some companies don't seem to understand that.

I can understand mortgages agencies' hesitation with pregnancies. I'm only saying I understand I don't agree really because you should check out their financial data and not the way they look or status. having a baby is a toll on the whole family and might cause you to 'forget' a mortgage payment or two.
