What is Christmas if criminals run free to persecute citizens? I think the curfew is a good thing, no liming and shady people working in the dark doing what they want unseen.

On another matter in the follow up of that case with the family that was raped and robbed the accused (three of them) appeared in court today. One was very tall but the other two were short and looked so miniscule - all young men with darkened minds. They can get life in prison for this and I hope it is so.

Just imagine with a State of Emergency implemented across Trinidad & Tobago in the past 45 days there still were 20 murders during that time. One thing that is noticeable is the amount of drugs being found and either seized or burnt (marijuana).

What I would like to know is whether Kamla or one of their ministers would actually show off how they decrease the murders in Trinidad, etc, etc etc. It would be a shame if they do so..take out the SOE, stop the crime and then we talk.

What I'm worried about is when the state of emergency is lifted what is going to happen? Are they going to have another state of emergency again if crime goes up? Remember when they relaxed the hours of the curfew they saw an increase in crime and they had to bring back in the old hours.

Serious crimes continue with one of the latest being a 52 year old woman being raped and robbed in the Santa Cruz area. This came from a report from the police (via TV6 News) where they also claimed many were arrested for drug possession and six were detained in relation to the crime against the 52 year old woman.

Is Santa Cruz under the curfew? That area is rough boy. Some people seem to think is a good area but for me they're in the same category than Laventille or Morvant.
