Another 9/11 - Page 5

I hope there is never anything like 9/11 ever again. If it happened I don't think we would recover as well this time around. Racial hate and lack of tolerance will be accentuated.

If it happens I think we'll be just fine because that'll make us come together. But if it does happen we need to declare war for real and do everything we can to wipe out the enemy. My fear is the next time they sneak in something that'll really kills a lot of people. Then we'll hold nothing back.

Another 9/11 History & Civil Business Politics

I can see another attack coming. This next attack will be worse than the 9/11 attack and it will be like 9/11 with multiple targets scattered throughout a city or the country. Then we will see what happens afterwards.

I hope you are wrong but fear you are right. The thing I don't think people realize is that our Intel Agencies are working tirelessly to keep this from happening again. The problem is they have to right 100% of the time. If they miss just one thing out of the millions of bits of data collected daily and get it wrong the bad guys get in.

99% just isn't good enough. That kind of math makes a hard job nearly impossible. That said, our Agencies have been doing a great job since 911. They work literally around the clock to keep another 911from happening. I mean, look what's going on in London now to realize this isn't easy. Although not on the scale of 911, this one could have been a lot worse if the bomb had fully functioned.

The chances of another similar action occurring is pretty high, regardless of the security and efforts of security agencies. All it takes is a bit of a bankroll to reach terrorist hands, they rent a small jet, load it up with suitable explosives and boom! They can try over and over, with their indoctrination and mis-education of their young, training ready-made fanatics willing to die for their cause. All they need to do is succeed once in a thousand.
