Have you ever had a panic attack? Victims become so nervous and over anxious that they claim to not be able to breath. The following link is a guide to over coming this:

I don't suffer with these, but my wife does and at least one of my daughters does.
Panic attacks are a form of anxiety. When my wife had her first, she thought she was having a heart attack, because she felt like she couldn't breathe, and she was having chest pains.
Since much of the physical problem with anxiety is related to breathing, this seems to be the most profitable area to focus on. However, people who suffer with anxiety find that if they begin to explore the reasons and solutions to the anxiety, they get attacks. So, it is very difficult for them to learn the skills necessary to overcome the problem.
I haven't had one either, but my wife has had a few. Most of them occurred when we had our second child, and I went back to work. Our son was very colicky (if that is a word) and the stress of dealing with an infant who is not happy was too much sometimes.
Which leads me to this question. Are women more susceptible to panic attacks, or are men in denial about having had panic attacks?
