SMF Custom Theme Quote Form

This form allows you and us to gain a better 'picture' of what you want from your future custom SMF Theme. It also enables us to give you an estimated quote. Tip: Buttons for each menu item costs more, bars cost nothing extra

As per our terms we place a small "Themed (Designed) by: BGID"
At the bottom of themes we create (that should never be removed or modified with a link to our site), however this can be removed for a fee. This just removes the link it does not give you rights to resell.

Themes are created for ONE domain and ONE site as you listed in URL. If this is for resale or to be redistributed then it affects the cost.

Basically a theme can be fully designed without having to change all the default buttons like BBs and smileys, however if you want every little button redesigned you need to let us know:

Payment for all jobs is in Advance. Unless the amount is a significant number over $100 then only a 50% deposit is required. Which payment method will you prefer if you accept our quote:

Any information you think we need to make the theme the way you want, the more details or examples you give the better. You may also want to let us know if you already have the images or if we need to create each image for your theme. Do NOT place any passwords or confidential info here.

Budget for this Theme. We create Themes as low as $50 for plain color changes or slight modifications on existing Themes. More complexed Themes are $85-$250 depending on what is needed. What is your budget for this Theme (we only charge based on what you list in this form):
