I am one who was down a lot of weight on the low carb diet. I think when I try to lose more weight I will try a low glycemic diet as I think that is a better type of diet. I do know that carbs are bad for me so I try to not eat much of them. I have found some interesting work a rounds. Like using lettuce leaves instead of a bun on sandwiches.
