How much do you know about MK-ULTRA? It seems that the CIA carried out many mind based experimental projects that some humans claim are still in use today by countries looking to create a 'Dark Angel' kind of program. See some site information below:

1977 Senate MKULTRA Hearing

MK-Ultra and Control Mind
While mkultra may be "dead", I believe that they are still doing projects like these in secret. I don't doubt for one moment that the powers that be are willing to sacrifice peoples lives in order to learn how to control them on a base level. It makes sense, if you could create a soldier that will do the most unthinkable acts without question and will know nothing but his mission, what would they be able to do.
If you create the perfect soldier, you could have a soldier that would kill, torture, and commit atrocities without conscience and with out accountability. They would not give you up even in case of death. It would be the ultimate weapon. They are compelled to search out this type of control.

I don't doubt eventually the government will try to play god with our nations babies soon. I know about cloning and brain enhancment tests and attempts with human genes. I know eventually we will be able to construct "perfect humans" soon. I don't like the idea of our government toying with our people but for some reason it will continue.
