Do You Like Your Child's Friends

Had a neat visit from a neighbor today. She mentioned that she didn't like the friends her daughter has and she is trying to show her that she should get some better ones. It got me thinking how many parents might have difficulty in accepting the friends of their children. How do you all manage this?
