Title: Signs of another attempted coup?

Comments: The way the crime scene in Enterprise is developing, it would appear that there are signs of the brewing of another attempted coup. Moreover, would appear that we have a detachment of hard line ISIS terrorists already operating here unknown to the government or police. Building a new police station in that area is not going to make any difference. These guys are here as permanent residence, who are inspired and obviously financed by their local leader. They would just move on to another district to continue in developing their militancy. What they are aiming for is complete break down of law and order creating an excuse and an opportunity to attempt another coup. What we need is a detachment of military men permanently stationed in that area, ban this Muslim militant movement, and restrict the movement of their leader. Whether this will make any difference only time will tell.

Problem Crime Tobagos and Trinidad

Title: On the edge of the abyss

Comments: The main and very serious outstanding aspect of this society that remains prominent in our everyday lives which has put a halt to the normal way of life here is the perpetual rate of the daily slaughter of our innocent citizens. As I have said before everything is falling apart. There are problems within the justice system, the health service is suppose to be in crisis. There is a water shortage,Roads need urgent repairs. Corruption is rife down at the licensing office and other government departments, We have large oil spills that are affecting the environment costing an arm and a leg to resolve.,An economy almost n ruins. More calls to tighten belts .A growing brigade of local terrorists waiting for an opportunity to have another attempt at a coup A galloping rate of general lawlessness all around us.Shortage of proper transport to Tobago with reports of shortage of food there. What sort of nation is this?. Where are we going?. To top it all we have the police asking for another pay rise for doing very little to combat or stem the flow of crime and general lawlessness .They remain as useless as they were decades ago,and this is reflected by the yearly increase of more murders and expansion of law breaking by a large racial group four population, and among them killers increasing in numbers each day running loose, killing citizens at random as a hobby, or for the fun of it. . It all amounts to a nation with many citizens living in a make belief world. I think its about time we dump those in the corridors of power, reform our political system, and start all over again. We are just making no progress but simply going around in circles, and now apparently sliding slowly into the abyss.

Title: Promises that are never fulfilled

Comments: The fact that we have so many murders in Trinidad bearing in mind the size of this island and its population is most alarming. More disturbing is the fact that there is no haste whatsoever, by those in the corridors of power to take the necessary action to stem the flow of these violent killings. They have turned their backs on ordinary voters and have left the police to deal with our murderers, serious criminals, and galloping general lawlessness. They just don't want to know. Politicians here are now obviously immune to the slaughter of our innocent citizens. They offer a lot of lip service which is never followed by any quick or any action at all. For weeks, now we have been hearing about their attempts to restoring the death penalty and start hanging our detained murderers. However, like most investigations and probes or any other political matter except those dealing with money matters here, the idea is slowly fading away, being swept no doubt under the carpet. It all amounts to flash in the pan statements where politicians have failed to consulted other important citizens on the adverse subjects they wish to redress.. The other reasons for not enforcing these promises properly is because they really don't care about our ordinary citizens. Moreover, they appear to have lost all morals and compassion and give the impression to be only interested in the financial aspects of politics in the governance of this nation, by spending most of their time in trying to invent and introduce new methods of extracting money from our ordinary citizens who are battling to make two ends meet. The long and short of it all is that politicians here continue to make promises they cannot fulfill.
