I would have to say putting a privacy fence around my back yard. I couldn't enclose the full back yard due to utility lines that run along the back property lines. So I still have a bit of space between the back fence and the neighbors lot. Most of that area is trees and brush and I like that as it adds some shade to the back. Plus it offers homes for the squirrels and that gives my dogs something to chase while outside.

We built a screened in and covered sitting area with a nice 6"X6" paver floor and used something that hardens sand in-between the pavers. It really looks nice and it's great sit outside on a cool morning or evening without bugs trying to eat you for dinner.
