The Dice Master says... Nightmares Role-playing Game News & Updates
I have decided to open up Nightmares Role-playing Game today to the Public so that everyone can get a taste for what I am working on. It is far from a complete work, but I am working feverishly on getting to the point where game play will start. No one will need Role-playing Game status to play this - everyone can play once you are a Member of the Community! See the Read Me / Rules for more details.

The Dice Master says... Behind the Scenes: Despite numerous interruptions I have reached the point of creating your character and making the choice of working for the forces of either 'Evil' or 'Good'. I do not have it active to the public yet as I am currently working on the Army page which shows all the stats of each Player's Army.
What slows me down is the fact that I am doing it all on my own... just imagine creating a custom online game where you have to invent the plot, make the codes to carry out game calculations, write the content and finally create the graphics and web pages to establish it all!

I am currently busy looking for work, so until that comes through I need to hold up production on this for awhile. I do promise I will work on it soon, the next feature will be choosing your avatar and buying stuff.

The Dice Master says... Army Acquisition (Shop)
I have completed what I considered to be the most difficult task of this project: The Army Acquisition script. Even in its' basic form this will now allow you to purchase Footmen, Beasts, and so forth along with the needed upgrades of strength, dexterity, etc. You can access this via the Army link and you will see an option for it. Next in line for me to create: 'Move'.

The Dice Master says... Bare Bones Skin Association
I was considering doing a Skin that would highlight this RPG, but really that is a lot of unnecessary work that I do not need now, so I decided to associate it with the Bare Bones Skin which gives it a nice feel.

I must admit that I have been delinquent in finishing this RPG, but as I need to look for work at the moment this is taking priority. However, this should change within late March / early April, so please have patience.

The Dice Master says... Moves Completed
I finished the move page. It is very simple and straight to the point.
I still need to get a couple of things rolling such as the symbols used to identify people on the battlefield, etc. After that then we can start the game. Once the game is moving forward I can begin to refine everything to look more Nightmarish.
