3.5 D&D You As Character Role-Playing Game SRD
This is a 3.5 Edition D&D game but modified in some ways. Everyone starts out as human everyone starts out with just common. Since you are starting out as you and not a regular player character some things have changed. For one your stats will not be random rolled. You will describe yourself in the character creation thread with your life experiences and such so the other players can decide what they feel your initial stats will be. If this is something you do not wish then this is not the game for you. While almost any type of profession is available some of them could be modified or limited so that the game is more fair. Case in point Divine Bard. I am sure others will be modified to per house rules. I will add in house rules as they come about.
1. Divine bard. You are limited to clerical spells no arcane spells. As you get your powers from a deity and not from a book. You did not come from this world therefore you will not have bardic knowledge either.
2. When looking at feats especially feats that have a Prerequisites as in a spell caster level the level is = to the spell casting levels. You have to have the equal level in spell casting ability as the CL. You would also have to be able to cast the spell that you need to craft a certain item. If the spells needed are greater than the person spell casting ability you can not make that item.
3. Knowledge if this world is very limited. One can study in the library but you will be learning of a different world not the one you are in thus things like bardic knowledge is useless here. This is a new world that has recently had people come to it from across space. While there are native people to this world the area that the stronghold is in has had limited contact to any people besides roaming bands of elves, halflings and some humans thus far.
