Lt. Hadar Goldin disappeared and two other soldiers were killed in fighting that ended a scheduled 72-hour cease-fire after only 90 minutes. Israel said then that Palestinian militants had captured him. Hamas had said Goldin may have been killed in an Israeli airstrike. Ref. CNN
