Environment Lights Dim Cities
While everyone honest sits in the dark for an hour these cities are giving thieves and others a hour to do their work with less detection. While I think it is great to make a stand for the environment I believe there could have been other ways of doing this. Hopefully nothing to major happens in the dark hour
