US city rejects English-only law

Voters in Nashville reject a proposal that would have required all government business to be done in English.

Law English-only Nashville

I believe that many of the governments (local and state) should be english only. I know people want everything to be in their native language but if we do that how many languages are going to be spoken in government decisions. We need to set a national language and get everyone on the same page.
