Dwarfism And Pregnancy

I was looking at the TV today and they were showing this young woman who is dwarf that just gave birth. I did not see all the details of this case but I would like to know what are some of the challenges people who are dwarfs deal with when they are pregnant. I imagine the weight issue is one. What are some of the other challenges?
