Nasa's Tpf Project

In the year 2010 NASA will send out its newest project the TPF (Terrestrial Planet Finder) its mission to scan the cosmos for planets (in the range of 50 light years) that can support life. Sadly I wasn't able to find the article on the NASA website but what I wanted to ask is what do you think we would find on this planets? and how will it change human perception of life? and how will it effect human culture?

if I will find the article I will post it.

OK not only I found the article but I found NASA's special online section for the project here is the link: https://planetquest.jpl.nasa.gov/TPF/tpf_what_is.cfm

Personally, and with a heap load of speculation added, I believe that we will not find any other immediately habitual planets that resemble earth. I believe we may encounter planets that can sustain life with equipment, but not exactly like the earth. I came to this small deduction based on worlds existing for equal time or longer than this earth with people that could have already communicated with us if they chose too, unless they are so backward as to not have reached our level of technological advancement.
