Vanessa Bentley Sister Missionary Dies In Accident
My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Sister Bentley at this time of grief. It is always very sad to hear about missionaries dying like this.
QUOTE A 22 year old Arizona woman has died from the injuries she suffered in an accident Tuesday afternoon on Route 37 in the town of Lisbon.
State police said Vanessa Bentley of Tucson was transported to Claxton Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg and later flown to Fletcher Allen Medical Center in Vermont.
She died at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police, Bentley was a passenger in a car driven by 21 year old Natalie Love of Hemet, California.
Love was driving west on Route 37 when she attempted to make a left hand turn onto Sports Club Road.
Police said Love failed to yield the right of way to an oncoming Jeep driven by 49 year old Nora McDonald of Madrid.
The Jeep struck the passenger side of Love's vehicle, where Bentley was sitting. Source 5
