Analysis Piece Chess Rook

The Rook is one of my favorite pieces in chess, because it is able to to move to long distances and can easily defeat a chess piece because of that.

Rook Chess Piece Analysis Reviews RPG & Card Board

Rooks are very powerful pieces but their use is better in an end game rather than the beginning of it, so in the start of the game do not move your Rooks unless you are castling (Switching your Rook and King simultaneously), which is a good protecting move.

Analysis Piece Chess Rook

When I first started playing chess a chess guru told me that the only time I should touch my rook was when I was castling and going to trap the enemy's king because I didn't have queen, bishops, knights or pawns to do it for me.
