If people complain then it could be easy to just pickup a homeless case and drop him off somewhere far from a neighborhood but that really is not the right way. At least a mission, church or someone with vested interest in the homeless should be sought out because even the homeless are HUMANS too.

A Michigan man who said he accidentally shot and killed a 19-year-old woman he thought was trying to break into his Dearborn Heights home this month will be charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, Wayne County prosecutor Kym Worthy said today.
Lawyers for the woman's family said she was looking for help after she was in a car crash. Officials said she had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit for drivers in Michigan. Ref. CNN
