I answered that I did not find anything that interest me at that time. This is true. I do come in and check the "Hot Topics" at first, then I look at specific boards for anything interesting. If I do not see anything that interest me or followups from previous posts, I usually just go elsewhere. I am more interested in political and current events, so there are just some slow news days!

If I log on and don't post, its a time issue. If I don't find any Hot Topics to post to, then I start digging through old topics to respond to after I dig through any zero replys. If I have to time to look I always find a cool topic, and often times will start my own new topic if I don't find something immediately.
Lately, it's definitely a time issue. With Church, school, work, relationship, family, and personal responsibilities, this time of the semester is nearly lethal. However, if succeeding in all aspects of life was an easy task, everybody would do it. That's my goal.
Honestly, though, there are times when no topics pique my interest. I always check the hot topics and zero replies, but I've already worked through most of the old threads on subjects that really interest me.

I log on almost every day and I try to post at least once, but sometimes I just don't have the time to search too much. Other times, I like to read what others say and just learn new things ... something just crossed my mind: there were times when a read interesting things and I didn't have anything new to say about that subject. Does it mean that I'm kinda stupid? ... or uninteresting? I hope not!

I often see Members, especially the ones that join within the first couple of hours to one day, to post a message expecting a reply right away, and if the reply is not focused to their input then they seem to drift. I am not sure if they think the collective must be for them, rather than the other way around.
