Muscle Growth

Almost every young person (and old ones too) wants to have big arms, especially big biceps because they seem to be symbols of power or strength. However, one thing has to be taken into consideration... what is your age and can they keep growing? Do you believe there is am age at which your muscles just will not grow anymore no matter how much stimulation you give it?

Growth Muscle

Well I feel late teens is the best time to begin, but at my age I seem to be making gains although it is different from my teen years. I notice that as lifters get older the growth becomes quality rather than quantity - in other words, they do not grow as fast or even recover quickly, but their muscles tend to show more striations.
