Generally, a store-brand HPT will cost at least $15. Any brand-name (such as E.P.T.) will run well into the $20's. I used to work at Wal-Mart, and the only way anything like that would wind up on a dollar store shelf is if they were expired - even then it is more likely that they would be thrown out.

Comments: You people have no idea....of course there are HPT at the dollar store. They aren't branded and you use a cup to pee in and then stick it in. There are different ones, but this one is the most common one found at the dollar store. I don't know if I would call this an obsession, its more like its true for most women trying to get pregnant, but don't want to hint the husband that they are always thinking about getting pregnant. ITs very natural. Once she gets pregnant, she will stop. It consumes you when you're trying for a baby. People need to understand. The story is not a story, its true for many.
