Recently local economist Bob Schwartz said, "The growth of Cozyville has taken a slow, but sure growth towards being a lucrative progressive community. This means more money is floating around and things may start to get more expensive." Evidence of Mr. Schwartz's claim can be seen in the South East where a mansion has been built by Citizen Nighthawk.

In the North West of Cozyville many are saying that a woman who recently bought a house there is in fact some kind of witch or ghost. She has no electricity, water or phone and yet is able to 'function'. Many are wondering what is going on?
