Secondary Characters
There are many secondary characters in the movie, who either play a role in a particular scene or scenes, or add to the storyline in some fashion. My favorite was the one played by 'Meatloaf' as Robert Paulson. I'll never forget his name in the movie because after he dies, they bring his lifeless body to the house, and we have the famous chant
"His name is Robert Paulson!"
"His name is Robert Paulson!"
Any other characters that made an impact in your viewing of the movie?

Are you referring to the one who was almost beat to death by the Narrator because he became jealous of his and Tyler's relationship? If I remember correctly he was one of the first soldiers in Project Mayhem and certainly became one of the sub-leaders, as in another scene we see him slapping younger soldiers around.
