For some reason this is the subject of debate among news anchors. Just imagine one guest had to make it clear with their opinion:

I don't get why the modern world feels that it has to be politically correct on everything so as to not 'offend' someone. If you look at the origins of Santa Claus (St. Nicholas) then you will know the race of the man behind it, but does that mean a Black or Asian man cannot dress up as Santa Claus?
Rather off topic, but...
The debate also touched on Jesus with some mentioning he was 'White", well that depends on if you think a typical Middle Eastern man is White. Crazy world.
