Sister Haight Dies At Age 94

It seems that when one of their eternal companions leave to go the other side of the veil, it doesn't take too long for them to join them.... cry.gif

From Salt Lake Tribune:

Ruby Haight, the wife of late Mormon apostle David B. Haight and grandmother of Gov.-elect Jon Huntsman Jr., died Sunday, the church's president announced. She was 94.
Gordon B. Hinckley, president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, called Haight ''a great lady, a beautiful and sweet and wonderful character'' and extended condolences to the Haight and Huntsman families.
She died in her home surrounded by family, according to a church statement. No cause of death was released.
Hinckley announced her death before about 21,000 of the church's faithful at the annual Christmas Devotional at the downtown conference center.
Haight was born Ruby Olson on April 28, 1910, in Fairview, the youngest of 11 children....

Age Dies Haight Sister

What is sad for those in this life is a joy for those who await her in the beyond. I always think about the wondrous women that are married to these men. They seem to take a 'back stage' to the highlight of their husbands, but not so, they do a lot more than we think.
