Forum Jobs Board

This Board has arisen out of the need to allow some members who are extra vibrant to use their skills to help the community excel - simply because they want to do it. Within this board there will be various Job Positions offered that only the Moderators and Admin will discuss and appoint to members,

Don't Beg / Don't Ask!

Please do not ask us or beg us for a job, if anything it will turn us off even if we were considering you for a position.

Benefits

Those that fulfill the expectations of their job will get a salary! Yes, that should be incentive in itself right? Each job will have a description and what is expected of you. The Mods and Admin will determine if each 'employee' has done their job satisfactorily for FP is given.

Positions

Each job may considered a 'Junior' or 'Senior' position based on the work involved / importance.

Job Threads

The jobs available will always be in the sticky section. Your work ethic or 'file' will be in the normal posting section. Within your thread will be placed reviews of your performance and / or complaints!

Available Jobs

Threads that deal with available jobs have this basic structure:

Name of Job

Qualifications: (What the Mods or Admin will be looking for...)

Job: (What you will have to do)

Report to Work: (A specific measure of your activity here)

Basic FP Salary: (The amount of FP you get per month if you perform well

Q. How do I get a Forum Job?
A. We will contact you, DO NOT contact us.

Q. What if I think I will do well in a certain job, should I contact you?
A. No, do not contact us, we will contact you.

Q. What if I am not able to be here all the time to do my 'job'?
A. You can be fired, demoted (if in a Senior position), or your salary deducted.

Q. Can I be fired?
A. Yes, we see these Forum Jobs as a privilege for you to help the community grow and a way to earn some extra FP, if you are not serious in it then maybe someone else is that would like to fill your position.

Q. What happens if someone complains about me?
A. It will be placed on your thread along with our investigation.

Q. Wait, this is all a joke right?
A. No, we are serious about those who want to help us out. We offer some FP and a title as a means of letting you know we value your willingness to help the community grow.

Updates

It used to be that Forum Workers would be told in their Intro / Rave threads about the amount of FP they partly earned or missed if they were unable to fulfill their role during a certain month, but this is now changed. Only Members that actually fulfill their Forum Jobs in full will be paid in full and it will be mentioned in their thread. This helps to reduce unnecessary followup on the part of the Administrator as well as save the embarrassment of posting such things in Member's Intro / Rave Threads.

According to Dictionary.com a 'Job' can be understood to be: "A regular activity performed in exchange for payment, especially as one's trade, occupation, or profession."
