Lingo Cowboy

This may not be as apparent to someone living within the USA, but it seems to me that most people outside of the US use Cowboy Lingo as a means to refer to the US' strong will or might. Some use it to also be sarcastic or to emphasize the patriotism of a US Citizen on foreign soil.
