Either way, good for her. It must be absolute torture for her to see her father in chains. It must be even worse for her to here the evidence against the man she loved as father. He definentely not the man she grew up admiring! What a shame, that another child has to suffer for his crimes. In the end, I suppose it is poetic that his own child has to suffer because of what he is, a vicious murderer!
BTK: DNA, A DISK AND LETTERS
Dennis Rader came to his pastor in January with a floppy disk, saying he had the agenda of a church council meeting and needed to run off copies on a printer. The pastor obliged.

I read that his lawyer asked for leniency! How on earth could we ever do anything that might allow him to be free again. Yes, he is a human and maybe he is entitled to some compassion, but he certainly can never be allowed to roam the streets again under any circumstances. I do not believe serial killers can be reformed.

EDITORIAL: BTK KILLER SCARCELY HUMAN
To hear Dennis Rader testify at his sentencing hearing Thursday, one would have thought he was, instead, speaking at his retirement party. He thanked his attorneys, the police, his jailers, even the news media that became intricately involved in his capture. He behaved almost as if he was accepting a gold watch instead of being handed 10 life sentences with no chance of parole for 175 years.
