My Review:

A fantastic movie that really gives you the horrific flavor of war time. The acting and authentic backdrops made you really feel for the Pianist.

Though almost too slow for my tastes, the movie was able to draw you in and give you the feel that you where there. I found myself feeling bad for the pianist and actually worrying for his safety. Very well written, very good acting, over all good movie that didn't receive the acclaim that it deserved.

EXCELLENT movie. I just love it. I have been always very interested in movies that deals with the Holocaust like Schindler's list (best movie ever!) and the Pianist was an exceptional piece of art. The actor was incredible! and the story line was very touching. Of course, I cried while watching it and I recommend this movie to anyone.
