WSJ.com video
The US has determined that cyberattacks by another country are acts of war. This is unprecedented, and opens up a whole new world of ways in which the US will be involved in war going forward. Eye opening.

Part of this is in response to the near total shut down of the whole country of Estonia recently by cyber attacks, triggered by the government moving a statue of a Russian conqueror to a place other than their downtown district. A perfectly reasonable move, in my opinion, since Estonia is no longer under occupation. However, some loyal to the Russians, whether in or out of that country is unknown, felt differently and promoted the attack via the Web.

Then US might be at war with the world because cyber attacks seem to come daily and from everywhere including within the US. I know this just from our tiny server. Many attacks originate from China as well and others have blogged about this too.
