I'm not surprise at the release of a drug like this at all. I think its been a long time coming if you ask me. We have been hearing about certain types of heart problems that target specific racial groups for years, it makes sense that we would create drugs that target the people that are most effected by a certain disease. This should increase the drugs effective rate also since it targets the people that are hit by the disease the most.
