Acid Folic

Great information. I learned about folic acid when I was expecting my first child, and studied it when I was certifying for childbirth educator. FOlic acid is one of our modern "miracle drugs" -- it seems to be a great booster for overall health. Now we find that it's effective in this important area as well -- brain function! I think it's good news for many, many people.
