From a business angle, do you love money? We are not talking about just making a profit alone or thinking about what you can spend with it - we are talking about a higher level where just the fact that you know you are obtaining (by whatever means you do) money makes you feel so happy that you are driven by passion to ensure that you always have the 'flow' of it coming in.
In my opinion, money are important! You can say that money are not important when you have them.
On the other hand, for me, happiness is not strictly related to money. Of course, I'm happy that I make money (although I'm not a millionaire ... not even close), but my happiness does not come from the fact that I make the money, but from the fact that I can do/buy something for me or my family, with the money I make.

Of course, money is important. In today's world, we need it to survive. But I don't go in to rapture at the thought of making a lot of money.
In fact, after dealing with other people's money through accounting and bookkeeping, I can honestly say that I feel that extreme wealth is not all that it's cracked up to be. So what if you can buy a $900 pair of shoes, or pay cash for a $65,000 car? I've learned that those things are not what I want from life.
Yes, I will work hard to earn what I need and keep the money flowing in; but I will also find ways to economize and save for the day when the money will stop. I won't sacrifice my family for money.
